Chamus takes approximately 25 minutes to prepare
It may take longer depending on the dried apricots you use.

Rinse the Zhuu (Apricots) in fresh Xil (water) 3 times
Cover the Zhuu in Xil and massage well with hands
Add Xil as needed and Zhuu start to become soft
Continue to massage the Zhuu until they become almost liquid
This should take approx 15 to 20 min do not use a machine
When Zhuu has become liquid serve over ghamu ( ice) and add sprig of podina ( mint)
